Contact — corrections and questions

Report a data error: email corrections@visabench.com with the page URL and what you believe is wrong. Reports are reviewed within 5 business days. If a figure is wrong, it is corrected in the data pipeline — not edited on the page — and the correction is noted on the affected page.

Helpful details to include: the employer page URL, the specific number or sentence, the fiscal period shown in the page's data stamp, and any public source that supports the correction.

Employers: the same channel and the same 5-business-day review applies. VisaBench publishes what the public files show; if the files are wrong, the correction belongs with the issuing agency, but a note can be added to the page while that is pending.
